Error Messages Configuration
The Fluid back office also allows you to personalise and configure new error messages. You can access the Error library from the Side Navigation in “Error”, after which you will see the Error Collection.
To edit an existing Error message
The preset error messages already have the information filled out, letting you change the inputs that you need.
- Code* - Group name for this specific error, which can trigger for one or more codes from PIQ
- Text Title - The bold text the users will see below the icon
- Text - The body text of the error message
- Provider Error Codes - You can enter one or more PIQ codes manually, that will show this specific error when one of those entered codes are triggered
- Error Action - Allows you to select the action of the CTA when the user gets the error
- Faulty Transaction Toggle - Allows you to block subsequent deposits
Add a new custom Error Message
When in the Error section of the back office, by click “New Record” you will see a blank page with the input fields mentioned above. Once you have filled out the details, when the new Error message is saved, it will automatically add to your Error Collection.
