Acquisition Tracking

Intro

Acquisition Tracking shows operators how the traffic each affiliate sends actually performs inside the Fluid Cashier. Instead of judging affiliates on volume alone, operators generate a report over a chosen period and see how the users from each source register, deposit and convert, so they can measure and compare the real quality of every acquisition source and decide where their affiliate spend is working.

How to use it

  1. Open Acquisition Tracking from the side navigation.

  2. Set the date range (defaults to the last 30 days).

  3. Choose how to generate the report:

    • Without a file: a quick read using data Fluid already has. Some fields are estimated and clearly flagged.
    • With a file: upload an XLS, XLSX or CSV list of users per affiliate for a complete, fully attributed report. It must contain two columns (see example below):
      • user_id
      • affiliate_id

Structure of the file, with a user_id column and an affiliate_id column

  4. Click Generate report.

  5. Browse the affiliate list and toggle between Behaviour and Metrics.

  6. Click any affiliate to open its detail view (overview, quality of traffic, provider metrics, and its users).

Not in current scope

Jumping to the Dashboard or to a user's activity (UUA) is optional and not part of this release, so it is left out of the steps for now.
