Campaign

Campaigns let the operator enable a themed experience for a limited period — for example, a football World Cup campaign. Campaigns are created by the Fluid team; the operator picks one from the library and sets an expiration date.

A campaign is assigned to the operator from the Visual Configuration section of the Settings menu, together with an Active until date. Only one campaign is active at a time. The campaign is automatically deactivated once the Active until date is reached.

Assigning a campaign

The operator goes to Settings → Visual Configuration and scrolls to the Campaign field, then picks a campaign from the dropdown.

Below the campaign selector, set the Active until date and time. The campaign will automatically deactivate after this date. Use Clear to remove the date.

Campaign features

Each campaign created by the Fluid team can include the following features:

  • Success screen animation — a themed animation played on the deposit and withdrawal success screens.
  • Custom chat icons — themed icons that override the theme Step Icons in the chat box.

Additional Notes

Expiration: Once the Active until date set in the Visual Configuration section is reached, the campaign is deactivated automatically — there is no need to remove the assignment.
